I would like to be able to completely delete issues (other than through postgres). It can be limited to admin users.

This can be done on gitlab.

Example: spam posted as an issue report. I deleted the links and changed title, but it still stays in the repo.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
