If I add a label to an issue/PR and remove it immediately, Gitea shows a comment like it's in the screenshot below. It would be nice if the comment would be hidden.

In addition to this it would be nice to avoid comments like this:

(The comment should be like "... added ... 5 min ago", without the duplicated label)
