Feature Description

It would be nice if it could be possible to close multiple issues in commits and PRs. Currently, I have to write closes #123 closes #1234 closes #12345. It'd be nice if I could write closes #123, #1234, #12345 or closes #123 and #1234 and #12345. I know that this is probably a bit more complex, and it is not very important, but it would be a nice "bonus".
