Description

Issue #613 is closed with pull request 1297 for milestone 1.2.0 but I can't find a way on 1.8.0 to create a repository that contains only the Wiki. I can disable the issue tracker but not the main code repository. (The comments on #613 have been lock - sorry for opening a new issue).

Currently, you cannot disable code unit. But I think we are ready for that, just need an option on repository setting.
