If a repository already exists, why can't enable branch protection on existing branches via the api?
I can set all the branch protection settings I want, but I can't enable it?

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
