[Locale] Standardize use of "at least one" and "one or more" #7359

Description

Currently, there are some translatable strings that use at least one ( according to a quick search there are 8 of them), while there are also some strings that use the form one or more (apparently 5).
Both are saying exactly the same thing. It would be better, if there was a standard way of handling that case:
Either at least one or one or more, as long its consistent.
Which one it will be is topic of the discussion here below or alternatively on Discord, but I'm fine with both (even though I tend rather towards at least one).
