Description

A feature that will be deeply missed once Gitea migrates to gitea.com is the ability to perform a detailed search as on GitHub (refer here for more information on GitHubs search).
Searching on gitea is at best possible on some pages, but it is inconsistent where and for what.
It would be nice if there was a search bar in the header of any template that uses a search that is related to the one GitHub uses, firstly for easier (mental) migration from GitHub to Gitea and secondly because that searching syntax is pretty concise once you understand it.
