Description

Some on mine users have ask to be notifiy when somebody done a reaction on issue. They use them to know if issue is relevant or not. also used as some LGTM before to merge.

Could be possible to allow user to be notify when a reaction is set to an issue or comment ?

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
