There are huge amount of changes between 1.10.x and 1.11.0. All of them lost from 1.11.1 tag annotation (since 1.11.0 is broken and eventually removed all of its annotation removed too and not preserved in its successor tag). See releases section on repo.

Please add changes from removed 1.11.0 tag to 1.11.1 tag annotation. At least for history.
