I have seen the latest information and the closed issue about the legal and privacy pages. I am happy to see it is coming up (guess with v1.12) so Gitea can be used in the EU according to the current law.

Is it planned or may it be a good idea to extend the current behaviour maybe through a simple function that loads the content of an .html file language dependent (if the file exists, like privacy..html) or fallback to the default (like privacy.html). This functionality could be general, so it can be appied to any .html file.

Can the content of such an file also be loaded into the Gitea web framework, so it looks like it realy belongs to Gitea? Maybe it sounds too easy, but loading header, dumping content, loading footer, done.
