Description

Currently, 404 Not Found page on Gitea just display the error code and Gitea version. The search box should be added in that page, to let users search for code, projects, and people they supposed to look for.

Gitea has no "global search" support. So no "search input" could suit for the 404 page.

Maybe in the future, once Gitea supports global search, then we can put the search input on the 404 page.
