Description

While creating a new account with the Open ID Connect there is no information that the account has been created.

Prerequisite: I do not have an account on gitea
Steps to reproduce:

  1. I use the "Sign in with Open ID Connect" option and log in with my Open ID Connect authentication server
  2. I get two options now - to register a new account or to link to an existing account, I choose the first one. I fill-up the form (user name, email, password and captcha) and click Complete Account
  3. I am redirected without any message to the login page, however, if I click once again "Sign in with Open ID Connect" I am able to log in.

Expected result: After clicking "Complete Account" the user should get at least a flash message that the account has been successfully created.
