Description

I've already run my gitea service well, nothing else with problem.

But I am so confused about the organization setting...

I've created an organization DevRoom302 in my gitea, but my team member can't find the join button!

When I logined as Gitea Administrator get into "team members" panel :

I didn't see any Invite button...

Is there anyone can tell me how to invite my users to my organization...

they logined as primary user and can't find "join" button too...

Oh When you start an organization, a team called "Owners" would be created automatically...

but this team seems invisible from outside， so the organization owners should create at least one more team for the users who wants to join
