Sort of related to #847.
Once/if that's implemented, could some sort of listing on repos exist on the home/readme page with the top contributors so that contributors within organizations still get easy visibility for who the repo experts are.
And maybe also reverse it so that users' profiles can contain their portfolio of repos on which they're the top/main contributor even though they're all inside of organizations and teams?
