A project we have a Gitea mirror for recently moved their issue tracker from a place to another.
Ideally, we'd want the issue-mapper (From git commit logs) to point to either new or old tracker depending on the commit date.

This would need more than custom regexp (#3468)

Should anyone be available to implement this I'd be interested in cost of it (mail strk@kbt.io for that)
