Description

when I set a "Due Date" in a new Issue with a spanish lang, I have this error:

The due date is invalid or out of range. Please use the format 'yyyy-mm-dd'.

present in lasted 1.6.0 released, whatever languaje selected, the title of the issue must be changed to "no date picker in issue due date"

I believe this is a duplicate of #5226.

I've experienced the same issue as others have pointed out in the latest release versions (1.6.0). However, much progress has already been made in the master branch (see #5249) and I can confirm that the date picker now works (English & Japanese) on my installation using the above fixes merged to master (my version as of a few days ago: d3dc07f).
