check your git credential cache, git has probably cached your credentials

I'm not able to reproduce this at all on either try.gitea.io or my personal Gitea hostings. All tests yield the auth login prompt from both TortoiseGit as well as command line.

@srikanthdasari66 Please use our forums at https://discourse.gitea.io/ for this question. Information such as if you are using SSH or HTTP(S) would be helpful as well as the version of Gitea you are using.

If using SSH you may not be prompted for a password because your SSH key is already authenticated.

I am going to close this issue now.
