Description

On page /org/<org-name>/teams/owners, the number badges that counts people and teams cover the dropdown menus triggered by the 2 major buttons on the top-right corner.
Also, when I tried to reproduce the bug on the demo site (https://try.gitea.io), I found that the site is down. At least I can't access it from China.
