📄 Description

Added missing and updated pt-BR translations.

Reordered some %s variables to make sense with the translation.

Also I removed <a href="#%s">%s</a> part from Issue strings to keep consistency with other strings (why issues.add_label_at the date isn't a link, but issues.commit_ref_at the date is a link?). But I can add it back if you want this behavior.

I'm open for suggestions!
