Feature Description

I believe that would be good to have an option to view and update gitea server SSL configuration for HTTPS protocol within built-in admin WebUI.

Upload/renew SSL certificate is only task left that requires to use console access for regular maintenance, instead of use admin web panel.

Usually, SSL certificates lifetime is around 3 to 24 months, enough time to forget what it is and where did You put them last time, then find a way to update them, in the case if certificate update is not automated.
