Feature Description

Gitea already supports pinned issues but a lot of important information is not shown.
For instance the progress bar in tracking issues or the due date is not shown.

In our org we use tracking issues pretty much instead of milestones, as milestones have bad UI visibility and tracking issues allow for things such as discussion and much more. Tracking issues are like an 80% perfect replacement of milestones for us and if pinned issues contain more information at a single glance that would be nice.

If interest exists we could also submit a pull request.
