Description

When I'm on the Gitea homepage and I switch the view from my user account to an organization account, the page takes a very long time to load. This delay is consistent and noticeably slower than other page loads within the application.

Steps to reproduce:

Log in to Gitea.

On the homepage (Dashboard), switch from the personal user view to any organization view using the dropdown at the top-left.

Observe the load time.

Expected behavior:
The organization dashboard should load as quickly as the personal user dashboard.

Actual behavior:
There is a noticeable delay (several seconds or more) when switching to the organization view.

Gitea version:
1.24.0

Deployment method:
Docker

Server OS:
ubuntu 22.04

Additional context:

The organization has around 640 repositories and 460 members.

This issue occurs consistently across different browsers and users.

There are no noticeable errors in the browser dev console, but the network tab shows a delay in loading the dashboard data.

Please let me know if you need any logs or further information.

In the image it is only showing 7 sec. There are instances where it went upto 18 seconds as well.
