We use the built-in issue tracker for internal tasks like refactorings and external issue tracker for tasks coming from outside. It would be great if both of them could be enabled at the same time.

I am primarily interested in linking external issues from commit messages (e.g. JIRA-123). Ability to enable just this feature with still using the Built-in issue tracker would solve my problem.
