Feature Description

1.add a button in the page of create repository to allow user create a owner not exist currently.
2.allow users choose members from menu to replace enter username manually when they try to add co-worker and other activity(image shows co-works and tags pages.i think all the place where need to enter username manually can both redesign).
3.add menus to allow user design their workflows with UI
