Feature Description

We recently found out about the icon them pack (material, for now) being available in gitea.

While it seems to be a feature wanted by some, obviously some people disagree. Obviously this is not the place to discuss the benefit/loss of it, but I found that the setting to change the icon theme is service-wide, and there is no obvious per-user settings.

It would be a very nice improvement, satisfying both people that want these and other.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
