Feature Description

GitLab's CI variable configuration page displays what variables a repository inherits or has opted into from its group. With Gitea supporting a similar inheritance mechanism, as well as user variables/secrets for personal repositories, having a clear interface of what variables are available in a repository would be very useful. This would include whether repository variables are shadowing group/user variables/secrets.

It seems GitLab has removed images from their hosted docs but you can still find the example image in public-facing GitLab CE instances.
