Feature Description

to make it easier to navigate markdown documents, it would be nice if Gitea offered a table of contents.

as a source of inspiration, GitHub and GitLab do currently offer such a feature.

I think this has been implemented in Gitea's wiki system. Maybe the code can be reused.
