Feature Description

our organization have many teams,the team list in the organization page is too long,and no description make us find team so hard.

show the description in the team list
Pagination the list is better

I seeded my database and I saw the issue. I can help.

I'm thinking in two alternatives: the first option is to have a list view instead of the mosaic; the second alternative is using the mosaic, only adding a pagination feature and a member search in each team card.

I can implement this feature, but I need some time to study the web technologies used in the project.
