Feature Description

GitHub recently introduced a new feature, that allows you to create essentially a master issue, that keeps track of sub issues that need to be addressed before that issue can be completed.

This is really useful to help keep track of major development work, like rewrites, or to keep track of bugs, improvements etc

For GitHub, all this actually does is add a new section to the issues, that is a list of all of sub issues
