hello,
in gitea 1.23.7, we have protected branches that require approval to be validated.
But in the latest version a red button is present even though the number of approvals has not been reached.

Users are not administrators. in version 1.22.x users couldn’t pass the restrictions. it’s a bad configuration or a bug.

The problem is solved, the red button appears but now it programs the merge automatically when the conditions are validated. he is not immediately excuted as the administrator
