Feature Description

For majority cases, the artifact generated/upload during Gitea Action is common type (HTML, XML, PDF, Plain Text), It would much convenient if user can preview the content of them within web browser without any download.

Because, without preview feature, user have to download them, decompress and delete them after view, this would waste user a lot of time.
