Feature Description

I have multiple runners. Some have strong performance while others have poor performance. When there is an urgency to deploy, I hope to be allocated to the ones with strong performance first to speed up the packaging time. If there is this function, I won't need to log in to the servers with poor performance to stop the runners every time.

Hi. I think this is not a repetitive issue. What I mean is that there are two runners, A and B. Without operating the two runners A and B, can I actively stop B through Gitea runner manager?

Oh I see, you want to be able to start and stop runners using the Gitea web UI rather than logging into to your servers and stopping them there. In that case, I agree that this isn't a duplicate issue.
