code Permalink in diff's code in git's history (or specific commit) operation.

Based on gitea's 1.23.0+dev-526-g3269b04d61, the current code snippet only works with the code on branch. (8bcbb4ecd5/filename_40char_long_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.txt (L1))

I want to use code Permalink in a specific code in history.
