This is implemented. It maybe needed to be more tested and added to more page (currently only in commit list and commit page). But this issue could be closed, I think.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
