I think it isn't how Git works.

Commits are in each individual repository, and belong to branches.

While we could work around that, I don't see the usecase:
a) We have notifications
b) How would you even design such a screen? Just thinking about its appearance is frightening me.
c) How to handle commits on other branches/orphaned commits?
d) What do you even want to achieve with that?

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
