Feature Description

I have some suggestions regarding Webhooks to set up on the repository.
Currently, when I click the "Test Delivery" button, a webhook is performed targeting the branch set as default.
If I click the "Test Delivery" button after setting the branch filter in the webhook , nothing is done because it's not the branch set as default. (See attached files "test1.png")
In my opinion, the purpose of the "Test Delivery" button is to check the webhook I set up is performed properly. It also includes branch filters.

So, there are two suggestions :

I wish it would be possible to set a branch to perform testing next to Test Delivery button.(See attached files "Suggestions1.png")
It can be a drop-down like an attached file, or text input is also good.
Before the feature is implemented, It would be nice to inform users that webhook tests using branch filters have limitations.
Because, except for me, similar issues have already been opened several times, and some are still open. (like https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/16310)
