Description

I have recently upgraded my gitea from 1.17.14 to 1.22.1 with the recommended instructions but I encountered a problem
when I am trying to make a new branch or upload any kind of file to the repository, I get this logs error
The change was rejected by the server without a message. Please check Git Hooks.

I can not face any error logs in the logs to retrieve more information

The problem was with the repository path permission, unfortunately gitea does not provide any error logs when there is a permission error on repository but I have had to find it out by myself
