Feature Description

When logged in, and entering the Gitea dashboard, the ?repo-search-filter parameter of the URL is not set, so on the right side, the repository list always is set to the category All. This includes all types of repositories, even mirrors from my organisations.

I pretty much always am interested only in sources. Therefore, I would like to set my default ?repo-search-filter to ?repo-search-filter=sources.

Would be nice, if this could be set in the configuration file.
Setting it via Administration UI could be optional way, in addition to setting it via configuration file.
