Hi.
Dear sirs, could you add, please, a feature to set Default parameters for new repositories repository in "Advanced Settings" ?
It will be great to set it in app.ini in this section: https://docs.gitea.com/administration/config-cheat-sheet#repository---pull-request-repositorypull-request

I tried to use Repository Templates, but this settings is unavailable for templating.
