Feature Description

During PR review i often write a comments on code change suggestion. I think it would be nice, if there be a possibility to write code blocks on marked lines in PR, that can be applied by PR author by clicking a button in web UI.
So it will be a possibility to update PR right from web and apply changes.
I think there is such function on GitLab
