This in addition to https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/32602 (required approval based on codeowner file) and https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/28926 (codeowner sections) would enrich the basic implementation of codeowner support a lot (implemented by https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/24910).
