Hey,

Linked to this closed issue (https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/21133), I meet the same issue with the latest version of Gitea. Since I have ArgoCD plugged on a repository hosted on my Gitea instance, my server has a lot of intensive load of CPU and the server freezes almost all the time.
I do not know exactly what the issue is but it seems very closed about the 21133, although I have the latest version of Gitea
