Feature Description

There are times when a change needs to be made to a specific i18n string for a certain language for various reasons, and at the moment this change can only be made directly to the i18n file, and all changes are lost with version updates. Perhaps it could be envisioned that overriding a specific string for a specific language in a configuration file or elsewhere would allow the changes described earlier to be applied persistently without the need for repetitive work.
