Feature Description

Right now in backend, we can get a list of user ids for the run list, so we might start with the Actor dropdown. And then add functionality to get status/event/branch(ref) list as well.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
