Feature Description

Currently, only a few "units" are accessible through the API, notably has_issues, has_projects, has_pull_requests and has_wiki.

It'd be useful to be able to control all of these through the API, either through yet more has_ fields, or by exposing the list of enabled units directly, much like the teams API.
