This issue is created to track the addition of new available environment variables. (For Now and Future)

After resolution of https://github.com/RayLabsHQ/gitea-mirror/issues/68 could you please add the newly available environment variables.

@arunavo4 its for Release limit which is by default 10 and configurable from UI but no ENV yet (also anything else if u found more)
