so when link quotation are clicked it does nothing currently, it will be helpful if a view redirect or tabular popup view provided for links on readme files.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
