Adopt the unified versioning convention for slides-publish-live: add the _release-prepare job, PUBLISH/release_type inputs, a versioned slides-v* tag, and a release-manifest emit step. Drop the auto-publish-on-push trigger so slides ships on explicit dispatch like every other site. Record slides as a tier B project in VERSIONING.md.
