Merges chapter 14 content updates including quiz refinements, bibliography improvements, and content enhancements across all chapters. Also includes config cleanup: removes duplicate .codespell-ignore and .lycheeignore files from root (now centralized in config/linting/), adds SER to codespell ignore list for TikZ node names, and updates Vale technical terms.
