Parameters for analytical solvers and the roofline engine.

These values tune ``mlsysim.solvers`` models and ``mlsysim.engine.engine.Engine``
when callers omit explicit arguments. Not appendix-facing — use semantic registries
such as ``Literature.*``, ``Systems.*``, ``Infrastructure.*``, ``Ops.*``, and
``Scenarios.*`` or ``ReferenceStats.*`` for book-cited numbers.
